多孔Fe-Mn@Bt催化臭氧协同降解煤化工生化尾水的研究
Study on the synergistic degradation of coal chemical biochemical wastewater by porous Fe-Mn@Bt catalyzed ozone
摘要
Abstract
To enhance ozone utilization efficiency of biochemical tail water from the coal chemical industry,a porous Fe-Mn@Bt catalyst was prepared via adopting-calcination method using fly ash cenospheres as a pore-forming agent. The optimal operating conditions were identified through exploration:a hydraulic reten-tion time of 15 minutes,a catalyst dosage of 30 g/L,and an ozone dosage of 2.0 g/h.Under these specific conditions, the removal rates for total phenol and TOC respectively achieved 60.94%and 58.48%.The actu-al ozone utilization efficiency improved 56.70%.The prepared porous ozone catalyst underwent structural characterization and mechanism investigation using SEM(scanning electron microscopy),BET(for pore volume, pore diameter, and specific surface area analysis),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and tert-butanol(TBA)inhibition tests. The findings revealed that the Fe-Mn@Bt porous ozone catalyst exhibited an excep-tionally well-developed pore structure.Following high-temperature calcination,Fe and Mn predominantly ex-isted as α-Fe2O3 and α-MnO2,respectively.The catalyst's degradation of biochemical tail water resulted from the synergistic action of adsorption, ozonation, and catalytic oxidation processes inherent to the porous catalyst, with catalytic oxidation playing a pivotal role. The research findings indicate that Fe-Mn@Bt exhib-its outstanding ozone catalytic activity and holds promising potential in the advanced treatment of sewage and wastewater.关键词
