C反应蛋白-甘油三酯-葡萄糖指数与痛风痰瘀互结证的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis of C-Reactive Protein-Triglyceride-Glucose Index with Phlegm-Stasis Binding Syndrome in Gout

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between C-reactive protein-triglyceride-glucose index(CTI)and phlegm-stasis binding syndrome in gout.Methods:Clinical data of 252 gout patients(117 with phlegm-stasis binding syndrome and 135 without)were collected.Differences in clinical parameters and CTI levels were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between CTI and phlegm-stasis binding syndrome was analyzed.Results:Compared with patients without phlegm-stasis binding syndrome,those with the syndrome were older,and had significantly higher levels of CTI,triglyceride-glucose index(TyG),systemic immune-inflammation index(SII),serum creatinine,serum uric acid,blood urea nitrogen,glucose,triglycerides,white blood cell count and γ-glutamyl transferase,as well as significantly lower estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that CTI was positively correlated with phlegm-stasis binding syndrome,serum uric acid,SII and white blood cell count(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression based on CTI quartiles showed that the risk of phlegm-stasis binding syndrome increased gradually with elevated CTI quartiles,and the trend remained significant after multivariable adjustment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elevated CTI is closely associated with a higher risk of phlegm-stasis binding syndrome in gout and is also related to refractory gout.CTI may have potential value in predicting gout progression.Monitoring CTI can effectively assess the risk of phlegm-stasis binding syndrome and serve as a reference index for TCM treatment of gout with phlegm-stasis binding syndrome,helping to prevent disease progression..关键词
