失能老人中医护理服务需求现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Demand for TCM Nursing Services Among Disabled Elderly People

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status and influencing factors of demand for TCM nursing services among disabled elderly individuals.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 222 disabled elderly people from 10 community service centers in Xi'an.Clinical data were collected,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze influencing factors.Results:The mean demand score for TCM nursing services was(95.16±10.32),indicating a relatively high level.Gender,educational level,previous exposure to TCM nursing knowledge and history of TCM treatment were independent influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Disabled elderly people have a high demand for TCM nursing services,which is affected by multiple factors.Relevant departments should popularize TCM nursing knowledge and skills based on gender,education level and other characteristics to improve the quality of life of disabled elderly individuals.关键词
