Abstract
The cesarean section serves as a critical obstetric technique for managing dystocia,aiming to ex-tract the fetus directly via surgical intervention to maximize the health and survival of both the cow and the calf.Based on clinical practice,this article systematically elaborates on the four major indications for cesa-rean section.It also provides a detailed description of the standardized surgical procedure using the left flank approach,along with postoperative care protocols.Key operational aspects and their physiological principles are emphasized,establishing a systematic postoperative management plan to ensure the cow's smooth re-covery and long-term reproductive performance.关键词
