摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of limited wire material variety and insufficient performance of formed com-ponents in wire-based additive manufacturing,composite wires can achieve customized regulation of formed component properties through the incorporation of reinforcement phases,functional phases,or multi-compo-nent systems.This paper systematically reviews the research status of composite wire additive manufacturing technology,summarizes the research progress of technical routes including multi-wire co-deposition,synchro-nous wire-powder feeding,powder-cored wire,and cable-type wire.Furthermore,the synergistic regulation mechanisms of composite wire composition design and process parameter optimization on formed component performance are discussed.The application status and challenges of numerical simulation technology in various technical routes are also analyzed.Finally,the future development trends of each technical route are outlined,providing references for both academic research and industrial application of composite wire additive manufac-turing technology.
