Research Progress of Laser-Induced Graphene-Based Flexible Sensors in Detection of Disease Biomarkers

Abstract
This paper systematically reviews the material fabrication strategies,functionalization methods and application progress of laser-induced graphene(LIG)-based sensors for disease biomarker detection.Firstly,stemming from the clinical demand for flexible,wearable and point-of-care testing devices,it analyzes the para-digm shift of electrochemical sensors from rigid to flexible configurations.Secondly,it compares the advanta-ges and disadvantages of mainstream flexible electrode materials,with a focus on elucidating the core advanta-ges of the LIG"flexible substrate+three-dimensional porous graphene+customized patterning"triad and the unique value of its"integrated fabrication"approach.Finally,it outlines future directions such as multimo-dal detection,miniaturized integration,real-time monitoring,theranostics,and AI-assisted signal processing.关键词
