Recent research progress on the antitumor activity of active components of Sophora flavescens
摘要
Abstract
The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and metabolic reprogramming,block glycolysis and lipid metabolism,regulate cell cycle and activate autophagy,thereby limiting tumor growth.The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can inhibit tumor cell invasion and metastasis,block PI3K/AKT,Wnt/β-catenin,and c-Myc signal pathway,reverse epithelial mesenchymal transition,and reduce cell migration and invasion ability.The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can inhibit tumor angiogenesis by down-regulating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and mucin-9,blocking angiogenesis and vascular mimicry.The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can inhibit tumor malignancy,up-regulate PTEN activity,block JNK and Wnt/β-catenin signaling,regulate specific circRNA and lncRNA expression,and intervene in epigenetic and malignant signaling networks.The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can induce programmed cell death in tumor cells,including activating mitochondrial apoptosis,promoting ferroptosis and autophagy,and inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway.The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can enhance the body's anti-tumor immune function,inhibit PD-L1 activity,regulate Th1/Th2 balance,and regulate the TLR4/NF-κB pathway,enhancing immune surveillance and killing effects.The active ingredients of Sophora flavescens can enhance the anti-tumor therapeutic effect by reversing chemotherapy resistance,synergistically increasing chemotherapy drugs,and improving radiotherapy sensitivity,thereby enhancing the overall therapeutic effect.关键词
