Abstract
To address challenges such as complex wiring,excessive space occupation,and heavy weight in traditional round cable bundles for satellite cabin interconnects,a high-integration,lightweight interconnection design method based on flexible flat cables(FFC)is proposed in this paper.By analyzing FFC material composition and structural characteristics,a flexible intercon-nection method for integrated electrical signal integration with combinations of foldable and plug-in configurations is designed.Through software simulations and testing on a new flat-panel satellite,the result can demonstrate optimized FFC performance:characteristic impedance of 100.24Ω,return loss of-22.3dB,insertion loss of-1.06dB,near-end crosstalk≤-39.81dB,the temperature rise of the power lines meets the requirement of less than 20℃under a single-channel current of 3.5A.After application,the wiring space between cabins is significantly reduced(with a typical engineering target of approximately 40%based on the design principles of flattening,integration,and foldable routing),and the weight is reduced by 64%.This design can signifi-cantly enhance system integration,providing valuable references for spacecraft interconnection system design.关键词
