石灰氮对多花黄精种子萌发及营养品质的影响
Effect of Lime Nitrogen on the Seed Germination and Nutritional Quality of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua

Abstract
A greenhouse experiment was conducted with wild Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua seeds as materials.Six treatments—blank control,gibberellin,and gibberellin combined with different proportions(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,and 2.0%)of lime nitrogen—were designed to explore the effect of gibberellin combined with lime nitrogen on the seed germination,growth,and nutritional quality of P.cyrtonema.The results showed that 60 d after sowing,the seed germination rate in the gibberellin group reached 84.70%,which was 37 percentage points higher than that in the blank control.After lime nitrogen was supplemented to the substrate,the seed germination rate increased by 2.3-7.6 percentage points compared with that in the gibberellin group,indicating that gibberellin played a leading role in improving seed germination,while lime nitrogen supplementation in the seedling substrate further enhanced this effect.Compared with the blank control,application of 1.0%-2.0%lime nitrogen increased the fresh rhizome weight and the content of soluble sugars,soluble proteins,starch,and amino acids in the rhizome by 46.36%-56.36%,60.27%-71.00%,53.36%-85.71%,20.15%-31.53%,and 65.90%-95.62%,respectively.Furthermore,this increasing effect showed a rising trend with the increase in the amount of lime nitrogen applied to the substrate.In conclusion,supplementing 1.0%-2.0%lime nitrogen to the substrate could significantly improve the fresh rhizome weight,taproot length,number of lateral roots,and nutritional quality of P.cyrtonema,with 1.5%lime nitrogen showing the best effect.关键词
