蛹期光照节律对家蚕产卵性能和子代经济性状的影响
Effects of Photoperiod During the Pupa Stage on the Oviposition Performance of Bombyx Mori and Economic Traits of Offspring

Abstract
To investigate the effects of photoperiod during the pupal stage on the oviposition performance of Bombyx mori'Se 12'and the economic traits of offspring,this study designed three photoperiod treatments:full-day light exposure,full-day darkness,and natural light exposure(control).The growth and development of female and male pupae,the oviposition performance of female moths,and the economic traits of the offspring were compared under different light treatments.The results showed that compared with the control,full-day light exposure extremely significantly prolonged the pupal periods of both female and male pupae,extremely significantly increased the survival time of male moths by 38.95%,and extremely significantly shortened the oviposition time by 71.11%.The ratio of cocoon shell of the offspring was significantly decreased by 0.34 percentage point.Full-day darkness extremely significantly prolonged the pupal periods of both female and male pupae,extremely significantly reduced the percentage of good eggs as well as the whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,and ratio of cocoon shell of the offspring,and extremely significantly increased the unfertilized egg rate.In summary,full-day light exposure during the pupa stage could significantly increase the oviposition rate of female moths,shorten the oviposition time,and had no adverse effects on indicators such as the percentage of good eggs,hatching rate,and the growth and development,cocooning rate,and vitality of offspring.It demonstrated the potential in alleviating the tight time pressure for microscopic inspection of female moths in silkworm egg production.关键词
