方波磁场下类水滴形肋柱微通道的流动换热性能
Flow and heat transfer performance of microchannels with teardrop-shaped ribs under square-wave magnetic fields

Abstract
Using the bionic theory as reference,a micro-channel radiator containing droplet ribbed column was designed,and a square-wave magnetic field was applied to the whole model.By using numerical simulation method,with Fe3O4 nanofluid as the fluid medium,and the micro-channel radiator with a droplet ribbed column configuration of increasing,decreasing,normal and identical types as the research objects,the effects of the square-wave magnetic field intensity and the arrangement of droplet ribbed columns on the heat flow performance of the microchannel were studied.The results show that the increase of the square-wave magnetic field intensity can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency,with the maximum improvement of 15.40%,but it will increase the pressure loss of the fluid in the system channel simultaneously.The flow performance of the normal arrangement is the best,and the heat dissipation performance of the incremental arrangement is the best.When the range of Re is 50-500,the comprehensive heat transfer performance of the increased ribbed column arrangement is the best,which is 0.80%-5.04%higher than that of the other arrangements.关键词
