Abstract

Aiming at the technological challenges of evaporation and concentration of heat-sensitive materials in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries,a continuous small-scale experimental platform was established using a horizontal thin-film evaporator with a solution of cyanoacetic acid as the research object.The effects of temperature(80-150℃)and feed rate(40-80 mL/min)on the dehydration efficiency and product purity were systematically investigated.The experiments demonstrate that 130 ℃ is a critical threshold for controlling the moisture mass fraction(≤1.5%)and purity(mass fraction>90%)of product.Below this temperature,the dehydration rate increases significantly with rising temperature,but the rate of moisture reduction slows down beyond this point.Within the range of 130-150 ℃,a feed rate of 60 mL/min is found to be the optimal parameter,as it ensures stable liquid film distribution and sufficient thermal load,effectively suppressing hydrolysis side reactions.The technical suitability of horizontal equipment is verified for handling heat-sensitive materials,crucial data support is provided for the selection of industrial continuous evaporation equipment and process optimization.
