S-100框架下岸电设施的标准化表达研究
Research on the standardized representation of shore power facilities under the S-100 framework

Abstract
To address the issue of the lack of standardized modeling and representation of Shore Power Facility within the framework of the International Hydrographic Organization(IHO)S-100 Universal Hydrographic Data Model Framework,this study designed the Shore Power Facility feature.Based on the S-100 General Feature Model(GFM),a"geometry-attribute-service"model was constructed.According to the core specifications of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)global graphical symbols for electrical equipment,special symbols were designed.As a result,a globally unified and machine-readable model was formed,realizing the standardized representation of Shore Power Facility in the data of port infrastructure under the S-100 framework.Taking Terminal 4 of the domestic port area as an example,the effectiveness of this method was verified.The research results not only provide a standardized path for ships to accurately obtain Shore Power Facility information,but also offer a Chinese solution for the IHO to improve the Harbour Infrastructure Data Products(S-131).关键词
