Abstract

To address the challenges posed by the increasing scale and structural complexity of modern distribution networks,and to effectively evaluate node criticality for enhancing system operational reliability,this paper proposes an intra-regional node criticality assessment method that comprehensively considers both electrical characteristics and topological structure.First,based on the node impedance matrix and sensitivity matrix,a criticality index reflecting the electrical characteristics of nodes is proposed.By combining local and global topological structures,a topological criticality index is proposed to characterize the structural importance of nodes.These indices are combined to construct an electro-topological coupling matrix(ETCM).Then,based on the ETCM,a comprehensive node criticality index incorporating both electrical and topological properties is proposed to evaluate node criticality using system-wide information.A two-level partitioning strategy combining the threshold method and Gaussian kernel function is developed to divide the distribution network into multiple subregions.Finally,the criticality of nodes within each subregion is assessed using the corresponding sub electro-topological coupling matrix(SETCM),enabling a more reasonable evaluation of node importance from a regional perspective.Simulations on the modified IEEE 33-node system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in assessing node criticality.
