Abstract

An intelligent restoration strategy for non-fault areas based on multi-source coordination is proposed,and a three-stage hierarchical restoration framework consisting of"main-grid reconfiguration,tie-line power transfer,and multi-source coordination"is constructed.First,a main-grid fault identification model is used to determine the restoration path.Subsequently,main-grid reconfiguration and interregional power transfer are carried out sequentially.Finally,for the remaining outage areas,a coordinated mechanism featuring"distributed power priority and mobile energy storage supplement"is adopted,in which mobile energy storage vehicles(MESVs)are dynamically dispatched to establish islanded microgrids.The optimization problem is solved using an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with a second-order cone relaxation method,achieving excellent performance.Simulation results show that the proposed strategy can achieve a 100%load restoration rate for primary,secondary,and tertiary loads.In addition,it outperforms conventional reconfiguration and power-transfer methods,as well as other advanced coordinated restoration schemes,in terms of total restoration cost.The study verifies the comprehensive advantages of this strategy in enhancing power restoration capability,economic efficiency,and engineering practicality under extreme disaster conditions.
