中青年突发性聋患者自我调节疲乏潜在剖面分类及其对工作退缩行为的影响因素分析
Classification of potential profiles of self-regulated fatigue in young and middle-aged patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss and analysis of influencing factors on work withdrawal behavior

Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories of self-regulated fatigue in young and middle-aged patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL)and analyze its impact on work withdrawal behavior.Methods A total of 230 young and middle-aged SSHL patients admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from August 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects,they were surveyed using the self-designed clinical data questionnaire,the self-regulated fatigue scale(SRFS),and the work withdrawal behavior scale(WWBS).The optimal number of self-regulated fatigue categories was determined through latent profile analysis,and the independent influencing factors of work withdrawal behavior in SSHL patients were analyzed through univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total score of SRFS for the 230 young and middle-aged SSHL patients was(52.15±9.53)points,and the score of WWBS was(37.16±5.47)points.Self-regulated fatigue can be classified into three potential categories:"low fatigue type","medi-um fatigue type",and"high fatigue type".The results of multivariate analysis showed that the severe/extreme hearing loss(β=0.169,B=1.152,95%CI:0.329-1.975),accompanying symptoms(β=0.124,B=1.494,95%CI:0.024-2.965),SSHRS score≥45 points(β=-0.200,B=-3.967,95%CI:-6.388--1.546),and the high fatigue type of self-regulated fatigue category(β=0.202,B=1.456,95%CI:0.539-2.372)were independent influencing factors of work withdrawal behavior in SSHL patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The levels of self-regulated fatigue and work withdrawal behavior in young and middle-aged SSHL patients are at a moderately high level.Self-regulated fatigue exists heterogeneity,and there are significant differences in the levels of work withdrawal behavior among different self-regulated fatigue categories.Clinical medical staff should implement effective intervention measures to improve the self-regulated fatigue status of patients,reduce the occurrence probability of work withdrawal behavior,promote their occupational adaptation and comprehensive recovery of physical and mental health,and improve their quality of life and social integration.关键词
