Clinical effect of Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture combined with Chinese medi-cated rubbing therapy on postpartum low back pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture combined with Chinese medicated rubbing ther-apy on postpartum low back pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum lower back pain of the stagnated qi and blood stasis pattern who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation,Beijing Changping District Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April to August 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The treatment group received Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture therapy combined with Chinese medicated rubbing therapy,while the control group received Huatuo Jiaji acupunture therapy combined with pulsed ultra-short wave therapy.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment and on the 14th and 28th days of treat-ment,comparisons of VAS scores and ODI between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P＞0.05).On the 14th,28th,and 42nd days of treatment,the VAS scores and ODI of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).On the 42nd day of treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the treat-ment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Huatuo Jiaji acupuncture combined with Chinese medicated rubbing therapy was used to treat patients with postpartum lower back pain caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis,it can relieve pain,improve function,and is beneficial for maintaining long-term therapeutic effects.关键词
