益气化瘀解毒方联合热疗对胃癌化疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with hyperthermia on im-mune function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergo-ing chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with hyperthermia therapy on patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,as well as its impact on immune function and quality of life.Methods A total of 100 gastric cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received hyperthermia therapy as an adjunctive treatment,while the observation group received the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction combined with hyperthermia therapy as an adjunctive treatment.The treatment efficacy,immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+),quality of life[world health organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+before treatment,as well as in the scores of each dimension and the total score of WHOQOL-BREF between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the total clinical treatment effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total score of WHOQOL-BREF and the levels of the physiological,psychological,and social relationship dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total adverse reactions in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the level of the environmental dimension of WHOQOL-BREF between the two group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Decoction with hyperthermia therapy has a better thera-peutic effect on patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.It can also improve immune function and enhance quality of life,and is highly safe.关键词
