结直肠息肉发病的影响因素分析
Analysis of the influencing factors of colorectal polyps occurrence

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of colorectal polyps occurrence.Methods A total of 150 patients who met the criteria and underwent colonoscopy or endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gan Nan Medical University from January 2018 to December 2024 were selected.Among them,50 patients with colorectal polyps were assigned to the study group,and 100 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations were assigned to the control group.General information of the two groups of subjects was collected.Physical examinations and bi-ological sample tests were conducted for the patients.The Chinese healthy eating index(CHEI)of the two groups was calculated using the food frequency questionnaire method.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed on the two groups of patients.Results The results of univariate analysis indicated that there were statistically significant differences in age,gender,body mass index(BMI),occupation(light physical labor,heavy physical labor),smok-ing,drinking,triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),CHEI index between the two groups(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate analysis indicated that age,gender,BMI,smoking,drinking,TG,HDL-C,CHEI index were the influencing factors for the occurrence of colorectal polyps(P＜0.05).Conclusion Age,gender,BMI,smoking,drinking,TG are independent risk factors for the occurrence of colorectal polyps,while HDL-C,CHEI index are protective factors for the occurrence of colorectal polyps.Relevant patients can be given key prevention and intervention.关键词
