Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Dydrogesterone in the treatment of endometrial polyps as soon as possible after hysteroscopic surgery,analyze its effect on postoperative endometrial thickness and recurrence rate,and provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment.Methods A total of 146 patients with endometrial polyps in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2022 to April 2025 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(73 cases)and the observation group(73 cases).The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with Dydro-gesterone.The treatment effect,endometrial thickness,hormone levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recur-rence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treat-ment,there were no statistically significant differences in endometrial thickness and hormone levels between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the endometrial thickness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Six months after surgery,the levels of luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of progesterone was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion After hys-teroscopic surgery for patients with endometrial polyps,the combined use of Dydrogesterone has outstanding curative effect,which can effectively regulate the hormone levels of patients,optimize the endometrial thickness,so as to reduce the risk of recurrence,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical adoption.关键词
