Effect of Remimazolam combined with Dexmedetomidine on hemodynam-ics,stress response and intestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Remimazolam combined with Dexmedetomidine(DEX)on hemodynamics,stress response and intestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent LC in Leping People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(intravenous infusion of DEX before induction of general anesthesia,intravenous infusion of conventional anesthetic drugs during induction and maintenance of general anesthesia,44 cases)and the observation group(intravenous infusion of DEX before induction of general anesthesia,intravenous infusion of Remimazolam was given during induction and maintenance of general anesthesia,44 cases).The hemodynamic indicators,stress response indicators,intestinal function recovery status,awakening quality in-dicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before anesthesia induction(T0),during tracheal intubation(T1),during establishment of artificial pneumoperitoneum(T2),during cholecystectomy(T3),immediately after the end of the surgery(T4),and 24 hours after the surgery(T5),comparisons of blood oxygen saturation(SpO2),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)over time,as well as between groups and interaction showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SpO2 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group from T1-T4,while MAP and HR were higher than those of the control group at the same time points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).From T1-T4,the SpO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while MAP and HR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparisons of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialde-hyde(MDA)over time,as well as between groups and interaction showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At T4 and Ts,SOD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while MDA were higher than those of the control group at the same time points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter recovery of bowel sounds,first flatus,and first defecation time than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter eye-opening,extubation,and PACU stay time than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparisons of total adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion For LC patients,the treatment with Remimazolam combined with DEX can maintain the hemodynamic stability during the surgery,reduce the stress response,accelerate the recovery of postoperative intestinal function,help improve the quality of postoperative awakening,and has good safety.It may provide ideas for improving the prognosis of patients.关键词
