穴位埋线治疗湿热蕴结证非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究
Clinical research on the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with damp-heat accumulation syndrome by acupoint embedding therapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding therapy in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease caused by damp-heat accumulation.Methods Seventy patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who were ad-mitted to Pudong Gongli Hospital,Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences and People's Hospital of Longhua from April 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the sham-implantation group(35 cases)and the implantation group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The sham-implantation group received energy restriction diet therapy,while the implantation group received energy restriction diet combined with acupoint implantation therapy.The liver function,blood lipids,traditional China Medicine syndrome score,and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the traditional China Medicine syndrome scores of the implantion group were lower than those of the sham-implantation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the implantation group was higher than that of the sham-implantation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase,alkaline phosphatase,total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein in the implantation group were lower than those in the sham-implantation group,while the level of high-density lipoprotein was higher than that in the sham-implantation group and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with acupoint embedding therapy for the damp-heat accumu-lation syndrome has reliable therapeutic effects and is beneficial for improving the prognosis of patients.关键词
