Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of secondary suicidal ideation in patients with severe burns and evaluate the clinical predictive efficacy,with the aim of providing references for future suicide prevention efforts.Methods A retro-spective analysis was conducted on 201 patients with severe burns admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2025.These patients were divided into the secondary group and the non-secondary group based on whether they had secondary suicidal ideation.Univariate and logistic multivariate regression analyses were used to evaluate the independent risk factors of secondary suicidal ideation in patients with severe burns,and to further assess the efficacy of these independent risk factors in predicting the risk of secondary suicidal ideation in patients.Results Among the 201 patients,23 had secondary suicidal ideation and 178 did not.The secondary rate was 11.44％.The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,severity of burn,burn location(on the trunk),Hamilton anxiety scale score,and Hamilton depression scale score were all related to secondary suicidal ideation in patients with severe burns,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that severe burn(β=1.646,OR=1.178,95％CI:1.086-1.293)and Hamilton anxiety scale score(β=0.133,OR=1.153,95％CI:1.082-1.204)were independent risk factors for secondary suicidal ideation in patients with severe burns(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with severe burns who are of severe burn severity or have anxiety are more likely to have secondary suicidal ideation.Clinicians and medical staff can more accurately identify secondary suicidal ideation by comprehensively assessing the above influencing factors and then formulate targeted prevention measures.关键词
