基于Kano模型的经皮椎体成形术后残余腰背痛患者中医护理需求分析
Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs in patients with residual low back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty based on the Kano model

Abstract
Objective To analyze the attributes of traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs in patients with residual low back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)based on the Kano model,and to clarify priorities for improvement.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 250 PVP patients with residual low back pain admitted to the orthopedics department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from June 2024 to June 2025.A traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs questionnaire was designed based on the Kano model.Data were collected via question-naires,and need attributes were classified using Kano categorization and Better-Worse coefficient analysis,followed by the construction of a two-dimensional attribute matrix.Results After Kano attribute discrimination and Better-Worse coefficient validation,among the 20 traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs,8 were classified as attractive needs(40.00%),5 as must-be needs(25.00%),6 as one-dimensional needs(30.00%),and 1 as indifferent needs(5.00%).The three most sensitive needs were personalized dietary guidance based on constitution,regular herbal topical applications or hot compress by nurses,and emotional support through conversation or five-element music therapy.Conclusion The Kano model effec-tively identifies the attributes of traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs in PVP patients with residual low back pain,helping to distinguish priorities for service improvement and innovation,thereby supporting the development of targeted traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions and enhancing care quality.关键词
