托莫西汀联合耳穴压豆治疗注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的临床效果
Clinical effect of Atomoxetine combined with auricular acupressure bean therapy in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Atomoxetine combined with auricular acupressure bean therapy in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 180 children with ADHD ad-mitted to Department of the Pediatric Rehabilitation in Huanggang Medical Group Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into group A(60 cases),group B(60 cases),and group C(60 cases)according to the random number table method.Group A received auricular acupressure bean therapy combined with oral Atomoxetine treatment,group B received oral Atomoxetine treatment,and group C received auricular acupressure bean therapy.The Conners parent symptom questionnaire scores and Weiss functional deficit scale scores of the three groups before and after treatment were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results The Conners parent symptom questionnaire and Weiss functional deficit scale scores of the three groups after treat-ment were all lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Conners parent symptom questionnaire and Weiss functional deficit scale scores of children in group A and group B after treatment were lower than those in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically sig-nificant differences in the Conners parent symptom questionnaire and Weiss functional deficit scale scores between group A and group B after treatment(P＞0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.001).Conclusion The efficacy of auricular acupressure bean therapy com-bined with Atomoxetine in the treatment of children with ADHD is comparable to that of atomoxetine alone,but it can reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
