中老年群体互联网医疗使用的现状及适老化提升路径探讨
Current status and aging-friendly optimization path of internet healthcare usage among middle-aged and elderly people

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status,usage capability and aging-friendly demands of internet healthcare among middle-aged and elderly people,and to propose targeted improvement strategies for health administrative authorities and medical institutions to optimize the digital elderly-friendly service system.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 middle-aged and elderly individuals aged 50 years and above in a central urban district of Hangzhou.A five-point Likert scale was used to investigate their current status of internet healthcare use,practical application capabilities,as well as their evaluations and expectations regarding aging-friendly factors.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to explore potential influencing factors of their internet healthcare application capabilities.Results Among the respondents,71.10%used smart devices on a daily basis,and 68.18%had used internet healthcare platforms.The main functional applications focused on online appointment registration(52.08%)and test result inquiry(14.34%).Pearson correlation analysis showed that daily smart device usage duration were positively correlated with the self-rated score of practical application capability(all P<0.05).Regarding the evaluation of importance and satisfaction of existing aging-adaptation factors,auxiliary support obtained the highest importance score(3.915±1.229),while interface clarity(3.694±1.536)and privacy protection measures(3.684±1.498)achieved relatively high satisfaction scores.Regarding willingness to participate in offline aging-adaptation measures,respondents showed a high demand for assistance from children or community volunteers(3.627±1.578).In terms of expectations for auxiliary functions,the functions of"one-click call for children's assistance"and"offline manual service windows"were highly anticipated,with the proportion of expected users reaching 56.36%and 46.36%,respectively.Conclusions The use of smart devices and internet healthcare services is prevalent among middle-aged and elderly groups,yet their applications are limited to shallow-level functions such as online appointment registration.Meanwhile,the elderly generally have safety concerns regarding information accuracy and manual assistance support.The aging-adaptation transformation of internet healthcare platforms should focus on high-frequency core functions and construct a comprehensive optimization path integrating technological improvement,hierarchical service support,and social assistance collaboration.关键词
