我国潜力型小浆果研究与展望
Research and Prospect of Promising Small Berries in China
摘要
Abstract
This paper conducts a literature review and development prospect analysis on four types of promising small berries:Vitis amurensis,Actinidia arguta,Lonicera caerulea,and Vaccinium mac-rocarpon.The results indicate that China has conducted systematic research on four types of small berries,covering resource studies,cultivar breeding,cultivation techniques,nutritional value,and processing applications,laying a solid foundation for industrial-scale cultivation.However,the culti-vation area for all four types of small berries remains below 10 000 hectares,with limited distribution ranges.Due to their outstanding nutritional and health benefits,these berries enjoy strong consumer demand and possess the potential for rapid industrialization.As promising small berries,drawing on the development experience of blueberry industry,they have already possessed key support from sci-ence and technology,markets,enterprises and governments,and are poised for rapid growth,particu-larly in regions with robust research foundations.The analysis reveals that amur grape is best suited for processing,hardy kiwi primarily for fresh consumption,while honeysuckles and cranberries are ideal for both processing and fresh use.Moving forward,it is recommended to clarify product posi-tioning,deepen research on functional properties,optimize regional planning,and adhere to scien-tific development principles.关键词
