Differential Decomposition and Dynamic Evolution of the Resilience of the Innovation Ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin:Based on the Analysis of the Seven Major Urban Agglomerations

Abstract
The resilience framework of the innovation ecosystem in the Yellow River basin is established from multidimensional,evolutionary,liquidity and buffering perspectives.The regional differences and dynamic evolution of the resilience of the innovation ecosystem in the seven major urban agglomerations in the Yellow River basin from 2010 to 2023 are measured and analyzed by using entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation and spatial Markov chain.The results indicate that the level of resilience of the innovation ecosystem in the Yellow River basin has been increasing year by year,with slightly lower levels in the diversity and evolution dimensions across urban agglomerations.The overall differences in the resilience of the innovation ecosystem among the seven major urban agglomerations are showing a narrowing trend,and the difference between urban agglomerations is the main source of the overall difference.The kernel density curves of the resilience of the innovation ecosystem in the seven major urban agglomerations exhibit a rightward shift.Except for the Hohhot-Baotou-Erfurt-Yulin urban agglomeration,the Shandong Peninsula,Central Plains,Guanzhong Plain,Lanzhou-Xining,Central Shanxi,and Ningxia urban agglomerations along the Yellow River all exhibit multi-peak characteristics.The level of resilience of the innovation ecosystem in the Yellow River basin undergoes hierarchical transitions that are dependent on geographical space and stable within geographical space,with no"leapfrog"transitions observed.In view of this,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of strengthening policy support and guidance,strengthening coordination and cooperation between urban agglomerations,so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River basin.关键词
