基于知行合一的信用管理专业诚信文化教育体系构建
Constructing an Integrity Culture Education System for the Credit Management Major Based on the Unity of Knowledge and Action

Abstract
At present,the talents cultivation of the Credit Management major in China tends to emphasize technical skills while neglecting ethics.As the national social credit system continues to develop toward higher quality,the market urgently needs compound talents who combine specialized skills with strong professional values.However,the current education system still has room for improvement in shaping value orientation.Using text analysis and content analysis methods,this study conducts a comprehensive and systematic review of national policies,training programs of colleges and universities,and industry recruitment requirements.The findings show that although employers clearly define and emphasize integrity qualities such as compliance awareness and professional ethics for talents of the Credit Management major,education of colleges and universities still faces shortcomings in curriculum design and teaching methods,making it difficult to meet practical demands.Guided by the methodology of"unity of knowledge and action",this study builds a four-dimensional education system that integrates goal framework,curriculum system,practical path,and evaluation mechanism.The system sets observable training objectives,designs a"1+N+X"curriculum cluster,promotes scenario-based teaching,and establishes a diverse and integrated evaluation mechanism to deeply combine professional education with value education.Practice through the"Credit Repair Simulation Project"demonstrates that this system can effectively enhance students'ethical decision-making abilities and professional identity,offering a replicable and scalable practical path for the teaching reform of the Credit Management major.关键词
