金融创新人才需求及培养方式研究
Research on the Demand for Financial Innovation Talents and Their Cultivation Paths:Evidence from Entries of the Zhejiang Financial Innovation Competition

Abstract
Against the backdrop of high-quality financial development,a robust contingent of financial professionals stands as a core element in building a financial powerhouse.Fostering talents specialized in financial innovation constitutes a pivotal mission for colleges and universities.This paper undertakes topic mining on 677 entries from the Zhejiang Financial Innovation Competition based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic model,through which 12 distinct topics are identified and synthesized.From three dimensions,namely the transformation and innovation of traditional finance,the"Five Priority Areas"in finance,and the talent categories spanning vocational college,undergraduate,and postgraduate levels,the paper explores the characteristics of the financial industry's demand for financial innovation talents.Furthermore,it proposes targeted countermeasures and recommendations in alignment with the current supply landscape of financial talent cultivation in colleges and universities,thereby offering evidence-based insights for the reform of financial innovation talents cultivation models at vocational college,undergraduate,and postgraduate levels.关键词
