家庭护士食疗模式在超重/肥胖围绝经期综合征病人中的应用效果
Application effect of Family Nurse Diet Model in overweight/obese patients with perimenopausal syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To verify the effectiveness of Family Nurse Diet Model in overweight/obese perimenopausal syndrome patients.Methods:A single-blind parallel randomized controlled trial was conducted.From May to August 2025,70 overweight/obese patients with perimenopausal syndrome were recruited through communities,and randomly divided into a control group(n=35)and an intervention group(n=35).Ultimately,31 subjects in each group completed the trial.The control group received routine low-calorie dietary nursing,while the intervention group received intervention based on the Family Nurse Diet Model.The differences in climacteric symptom severity,body composition,sleep quality and emotional state were observed between the two groups after 6 weeks of intervention.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,the reduction in the modified Kupperman score in the intervention group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.001).The rate of achieving symptom severity criteria was 87.1%in the intervention group,significantly higher than 32.3%in the control group(P<0.001).The reduction in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the intervention group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the sleep quality compliance rate was 61.3%.The reduction in the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and the double compliance rate for emotional disorders were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the intervention group was 80.6%,significantly higher than 51.6%in the control group(P=0.016).Two months after the intervention,follow-up showed that the weight of the intervention group remained stable while that of the control group significantly increased(P<0.001),and the effect of optimizing the dietary structure persisted.Conclusion:This study verified the comprehensive improvement effect of the Family Nurse Diet Model on patients with overweight/obesity and perimenopausal syndrome.It could significantly alleviate the menopausal symptoms of patients with overweight/obesity and perimenopausal syndrome;effectively improve the sleep quality and emotional state of patients;enhance the dietary compliance of patients and cultivate and maintain healthy eating habits.关键词
