摘要

Abstract

Objective:To clarify the definition and connotation of stroke recurrence risk perception.Methods:A systematic search of Chinese and English databases was conducted on the literature related to the perception of recurrence risk.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to June 2025.Rodgers'evolutionary conceptual analysis was used to define the concept of recurrence risk perception.Results:The conceptual attributes of relapse risk perception include perceived susceptibility,perceived severity,dynamics and individual differences.The antecedents include demographic factors,psychological factors,disease-related factors and social factors.The consequences include helping to improve health management behavior,optimizing mental state,and contributing to disease outcome.The evaluation indexes included Essen Stroke Risk Score,stroke recurrence risk perception scale for ischemic stroke patients and stroke recurrence risk perception scale for stroke patients.Conclusion:To clarify the related concepts of stroke patients'recurrence risk perception through concept analysis,and to explore the relationship between stroke recurrence risk perception and risk factors,to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical medical staff to correctly understand the risk perception of stroke recurrence and timely psychological intervention and management.
