摘要
Abstract
The research systematically investigates the influence of aggregate types on the early strength of cement concrete, and conducts workability and mechanical property tests using coarse and fine aggregates of different lithologies. The results show that the lithology, grain shape and water absorption rate of aggregates have a significant regulatory effect on the early strength development. The 7-day compressive strength of granite crushed stone concrete is 8.3%higher than that of limestone crushed stone.Due to its angular nature and stone powder content, the compressive strength of machine-made sand at 3 days is 6.7%higher than that of natural river sand, but the difference narrates to 2.1%at 7 days. However, due to the high water absorption rate of the recycled aggregates, the actual water-binder ratio decreases, resulting in a reduction of 12.4%and 9.6%in their compressive strengths at 3 days and 7 days, respectively.Microscopic analysis indicates that the strength differences are mainly attributed to the structural differences in the transition zone between aggregates and slurry.Rough surface aggregates are conducive to enhancing the early mechanical properties of concrete.关键词
