Abstract
To optimize the mix design of cement-stabilized crushed stone for semi-rigid base layers in highway construction, this study conducted systematic strength characteristic tests.By setting five cement content levels(3%、3.5%、4%、4.5%and 5%),we measured the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, and compressive rebound modulus of materials at three curing stages(7、28、90 d),exploring the influence of cement content on material strength. Results showed that as cement content increased from 3%to 4.5%,the 7-day unconfined compressive strength rose by 50.2%from 2.85 MPa to 4.28 MPa.However, when cement content reached 5%,the strength decreased to 4.06 MPa.Both splitting strength and rebound modulus followed the same trend, reaching optimal values at 4.5%cement content. These findings provide technical guidance for professionals in highway engineering.关键词
