摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the influence of waterborne epoxy resin(WER)content on the road performance of micro-surfacing mixtures, modified emulsified asphalt with different WER contents was designed, and corresponding micro-surfacing mixtures along with a control group mixture(4%SBR-modified emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing mixture)were prepared.Through skid resistance tests,Cantabro loss tests, wet wheel abrasion tests, and accelerated loading tests, the skid resistance, adhesive properties, and wear resistance of the different mixtures were comparatively analyzed. The results show that the pendulum friction coefficient value initially increases and then decreases with increasing WER content, reaching its maximum within the WER content range of 8%to 11%.The Cantabro loss first decreases and then increases with rising WER content, reaching its lowest value at 8%to 11%.The wet track abrasion loss value shows an overall decreasing trend with increasing WER dosage. In the accelerated loading tests, the micro-surfacing mixture sample with 11%WER exhibited the smallest changes in pendulum friction coefficient value, texture depth, and mass loss. The recommended optimal WER content is 11%of the emulsified asphalt weight. The research findings are expected to provide guidance for the application of waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt in micro-surfacing mixtures.关键词
