我国职普融通的困局溯源与生态化路径
Tracing the Predicament and Mapping an Ecological Pathway for Vocational-General Education Integration in China

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the national strategy to build a leading country in education,this study aims to address the structural dilemma of the"dual-track division"between vocational and general education and to meet the urgent demand for versatile talent driven by new quality productive forces.It systematically reviews China's two major phases of comprehensive high school reform in the 1920s and the late 1990s,attributing their setbacks to a historical path dependence stemming from disjointed policies,imbalanced resources,and the monopolization of cultural power.Guided by the"Four Mutual Mechanisms"outlined in the Three-Year Action Plan for Vocational Education Teaching and Research(2025-2027),a tripartite synergistic re-structuring framework is constructed,with institutional innovation as the cornerstone,policy drive as the traction,and technological empowerment as the tool.This framework underpins a proposed localized pathway centered on developing industry-adapted specialty clusters.This plan emphasizes leveraging technological means,including AI-powered learning analytics,virtual simulation in practical teaching,and blockchain-based credit certification,to fos-ter the deep integration of personalized education with the lifelong learning system.Ultimately,it seeks to provide theoretical underpinning and actionable solutions for alleviating track-division anxiety and supporting students' lifelong development.关键词
