产教融合视域下职业教育生成式人工智能治理:风险调适与人机协同
GenAI Governance in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration:Risk Calibration and Human-AI Collaboration

Abstract
Generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)is profoundly reshaping the vocational education ecosystem,offering immense potential for per-sonalized learning and skills training within the context of industry-education integration.However,it has become a critical issue in vocational education to effectively govern the attendant multi-dimensional coupled risks in terms of technical,educational,and ethical domains while embracing technological dividends through"risk calibration".From the perspective of industry-education integration,this study adopts the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)analytical framework and proposes three principles for human-AI collaboration:role positioning,decision-making control,and accountability at-tribution.It explores a multi-level governance system that extends from internal institutional design to tripartite collaboration among government,schools,and enterprises.The study posits that the key to governance lies in a paradigm shift from"constraint-based"regulation to an"enabling-oriented"risk calibration.This transition aims to achieve the safe application and innovative empowerment of technology through human-AI collaboration by activating the adaptive capacities of multiple stakeholders.关键词
