数智化时代教师情感内卷化的生成缘由、潜在风险与纾解之道
Causes,Potential Risks,and Mitigation Strategies of Teachers' Emotional Involution in the Era of Digital Intelligence
摘要
Abstract
Teacher emotions play a crucial role in building a high-quality teaching workforce.However,in the era of digital intelligence,teacher e-motions are profoundly affected by misaligned professional goals,intense resource competition,inertial reliance on established practices,and self-imposed functional constraints.These lead to increasingly specialized and complex workloads,yet emotions exhibit a state of"high input-low return"with dimin-ishing marginal benefits,a form of emotional involution.This emotional involution exhibits strong implicit characteristics,rendering it difficult for existing digital and intelligent technologies to accurately capture.Its presence may trigger a crisis of meaning where teachers"prioritize outcomes over processes",generate professional anxiety fueled by the notion that"failure to strive leads to elimination",intensify emotional exhaustion stemming from"high input,low output",and deepen the negative perception of"prioritizing knowledge over emotion".To effectively mitigate the negative effects of teachers' emo-tional involution in the era of digital intelligence and promote outward emotional expansion,it is necessary to focus on improving quantitative evaluation mechanisms,optimizing the digital and intelligent competition environment,advancing teachers' digital and intelligent literacy,and exploring the value of digital humanities.These measures will effectively safeguard teachers' mental well-being and foster their professional development.关键词
