弘扬教育家精神话语叙事的五个维度
Five Dimensions of the Discourse Narrative for Promoting the Spirit of Educators
摘要
Abstract
Discourse narrative is an important perspective for promoting the spirit of educators.To explore the discourse narrative for promoting the spirit of educators,it is necessary to grasp it comprehensively from five dimensions:the value,goal,emotion,identity and practice of the narrative.Value narrative highlights the role of the spirit of educators in advancing the teaching workforce,the education cause,and the national strategy of building a lead-ing country in education.Goal narrative aims to awaken educational faith,address value crises,and break through educational alienation.Emotional narra-tive refers to the enhancement of teachers'devotion to the nation,the Party,and students by promoting the spirit of educators.Identity narrative reflects the transformation of teachers'self-positioning from regarding education as an occupation,to a profession,and ultimately to a lifelong vocation.Practice narrative emphasizes that teachers should remain committed to their original mission,uphold a strong sense of aspiration and responsibility,and refine their educational skills.These five dimensions not only constitute the fundamental framework for constructing the discourse narrative of the spirit of educa-tors,but also respond to the contemporary need for building an educational discourse system with Chinese characteristics.关键词
