新时代教师弘扬教育家精神的内涵、优势与路径
Connotation,Advantages,and Pathways for Teachers to Carry Forward the Spirit of Educators in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The spirit of educators represents a valuable spiritual source for building a leading country in education.Based on the construction of Chi-nese path to modernization,carrying forward the spirit of educators is an inevitable response to teachers'spiritual needs,a historical return to the intrinsic ethical character of the teaching profession,and a manifestation of the values that guide the development of education.In the process of the Chinese path to modernization,carrying forward the spirit of educator is supported by several distinctive advantages:the political leadership of the Communist Party of China in steering educational development,the nurturing role of the innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture,and teachers'subjective in-itiative rooted in self-esteem and self-love.To further advance the educator spirit on the basis of these advantages,it is essential to adopt an integrated ap-proach characterized by"whole-process,all-round,and panoramic"promotion.This involves embedding the spirit of educators throughout teachers'pro-fessional development,establishing normalized coordination among media platforms for its dissemination,and concretizing exemplary educator behaviors through visible and influential role models.关键词
