西部学历继续教育数字化转型的困境与探索
Digital Transformation of Academic Continuing Education in Western China:Dilemmas and Explorations

Abstract
The digital education strategy provides a critical opportunity to promote educational equity and coordinated regional development.Howev-er,the digital transformation of academic continuing education in western China's universities faces multiple structural dilemmas,including low social recognition,insufficient localization of digital educational resources,inadequate digital literacy among educators,poor regional coordination and mutual recognition of credentials,and weak mechanisms for industry-education integration.These dilemmas are deeply rooted in the unique context of western China,characterized by uneven development,unequal distribution of resources,and cultural diversity.Based on this distinctive"western context",this study focuses on five dimensions:"goal orientation,curriculum innovation,evaluation reform,ecological integration,and governance collaboration".It explores differentiated and targeted transformation and breakthrough pathways from five perspectives:conceptual reshaping,system restructuring,assess-ment mechanism optimization,ecological integration,and collaborative governance.The aim is to construct a learner-centered talent cultivation paradigm for academic continuing education in western China,which is both high-quality and highly adaptable,thereby serving the goal of lifelong learning for all and supporting high-quality regional development in western China.关键词
