教师数字素养、数字胜任力与数字韧性概念阐释及其关系辨析
Conceptual Clarification and Relationship Analysis of Teachers'Digital Literacy,Digital Competence,and Digital Resilience

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education,the connotations of teachers'professional competence development have been continuously deepened and expanded.Requirements have gradually extended from basic digital literacy to comprehensive digital competence,and fur-ther derived digital resilience concerning the sustainable vitality of the teaching profession.At present,however,the definitions and applications of these concepts remain overlapping and generalized in academic circles,which to a considerable extent constrains the depth and breadth of teachers'professional growth.By sorting out the historical evolution of digital literacy,digital competence and digital resilience,and analyzing their specific connotations for teachers as a specific group,this study finds that the three concepts essentially respond to three fundamental questions faced by teachers in the digital era:whether they can survive,whether they can excel,and whether they can sustain.They are not isolated from each other,but together form an organic whole with progressive,complementary,and dialectically unified relationships.On this basis,this study further constructs a"three-dimensional pyramid"struc-tural model to understand the relationships among the three concepts,and proposes an action strategy framework covering"goals-pathways-evaluation"attempting to provide references for establishing a sustainable system for the development of teachers'digital competence.关键词
