Logical Foundations,Practical Difficulties,and Implementation Strategies of the Digital Transformation of Elderly Education
摘要
Abstract
The digital transformation of elderly education is a dynamic process of systematic innovation.It requires not only the guidance of public policies,technological innovation,and teaching activities,but also the support of diversified resource input,a socialized service network,and a collabora-tive governance structure.More importantly,it should be centered on the elderly group,driving value creation through psychological empowerment and competence application.At present,digital exclusion still persists due to the decline in physical and psychological functions of the elderly,their relatively low digital literacy,structural mismatches between the supply and demand of digital elderly education,and fragmentation in the social service network.Therefore,it is essential to adhere to a senior-centered approach,take educational empowerment as the core,and rely on public services as institutional support,thereby accelerating the digital transformation of elderly education and building an inclusive,universally accessible development model and gov-ernance framework.关键词
