Cultivating Social-Emotional Competence among Vocational Students in EU Countries:Value Pursuit,Practical Pathways,and Realistic Insights

Abstract
Social-emotional competence is a crucial ability for promoting vocational students'social integration and career adaptation.Against the backdrop of digital and green transformation,European Union(EU)countries highly value the cultivation of social-emotional competence to promote the holistic development of vocational students,enhance their employability,and strengthen career sustainability.Specifically,EU countries establish the stra-tegic positioning of social-emotional competence through top-level design;promote its cultivation through curriculum integration;facilitate its develop-ment and transfer through scenario-based practice;and achieve the detection and feedback on social-emotional competence through dynamic assessment mechanisms.Drawing on the experiences of EU countries,China may strengthen top-level policy planning,diversify approaches to curriculum integration,expand pathways for contextualized practice,and improve multidimensional assessment mechanisms,thereby providing valuable insights for the develop-ment of a social-emotional competence cultivation system in China's vocational education.关键词
