基于OBE的医药ERP实训课程教学优化与实践
Teaching optimization and practice of pharmaceutical ERP training course based on OBE

Abstract
This study focuses on the reform of the medical ERP training course under the OBE concept,using the integration of industry and education as a link.Through precise positioning of ability goals,constructing characteristic course content modules,driving ability generation with diverse methods,and improving multi-dimensional evaluation feedback,it effectively compensates for the shortcomings of traditional training courses.The SPSS analysis results show that this system has increased the theoretical equity value of student groups by 18.04%,and the performance of virtual groups by 32.74%.The teaching implementation effect after the optimization and reconfiguration of the course system has significantly improved(P=0.013).The rationality of the training content modules is the primary factor affecting the practical teaching effect(r=0.442).The joint construction of training carriers by industry and education,and the full-process collabora-tive education can break the barriers between institutions and industries,achieve seamless connection between training courses and job re-quirements,and provide a feasible model for the application-oriented talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.关键词
