Abstract
By examining the core principles and application logic of TRIZ,this paper argues that survey and design enterprises possess dual innovation advantages—being technology-intensive and talent-intensive—yet still face mental sets and relatively low efficiency.It also discusses the necessity of promoting and applying TRIZ in this sector.Based on this,taking Huahui Engineering Design Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Huahui Group")as the practice base,this paper systematically explores the promotion path and application scenarios of the TRIZ innovation method in survey and design enterprises.It elaborates in detail on the"1+3+N"promotion and application model constructed by Huahui Group,including the top management-led organizational structure,the working mechanism centered on training empowerment,paradigm guidance,and funding guarantee,as well as the practical application in pilot projects,aiming to provide a reference for similar enterprises.关键词
