Abstract
Against the background of ongoing industrial transformation,upgrading,and urban renewal in China,traditional industrial parks are struggling to meet the demands of new-era industrial development.Taking Phase II of Zhejiang University International Science and Technology Park as the main research object,this study analyzes the existing problems and development needs of Phase I,and explores the implementation paths for industrial park expansion and renewal driven by industrial demand upgrading.It proposes taking the M0-type industrial land policy as an institutional guarantee,and utilizing strategies such as organic growth,open interaction,unit grouping,and ecological permeation to achieve a dynamic balance and comprehensive improvement in industrial functions,spatial form,and ecological value.This research provides both theoretical references and practical guidance for capacity enhancement and sustainable development of science and technology parks under new industrial demands.关键词
