Abstract
With the advancement of urbanization,industrial parks have become an essential component of urban development,now undergoing profound transformations in their industrial structure,spatial organization,and planning and design.The integrated planning perspective of"industry-academia-research-tourism"offers crucial guidance for enhancing the scientific foundation and sustainability of park development.By examining the Longyouhu Smart Industrial Park as a case study,this paper thoroughly analyzes the pathways and practical outcomes of industry-academia-research-tourism integration in the context of industrial park design.The findings indicate that the park is centered around the deep integration of industry,academia,research,and tourism,dedicated to establishing a composite industrial park that is locally grounded,fosters industry-city symbiosis,and promotes green and low-carbon development.The case provides valuable theoretical insight and practical models for the planning and construction of similar parks.关键词
