复合改性自适应缓凝封孔材料研制与多目标性能协同优化

Abstract
To achieve the dual goals of industrial solid waste resource utilization and borehole sealing quality improvement,a multicomponent composite modified adaptive sealing material was developed by using sodium bentonite and solid waste fly ash as base materials,thickener A,water retention agent B,surfactant C,and water-cement ratio D as variables,and viscosity Y,,water retention rate Y2,and contact angle Y3 as response indicators.The development and multi-objective collaborative optimization of the sealing materials were researched by integrating the response surface Box-Behnken design with the desirability function based multiobjective optimization method.The results show that the reasonable dosage ranges of variables that can achieve a preliminary balance among viscosity,water retention rate,and contact angle were determined based on single-factor experiments:thickener 4.0%-6.0%,water retention agent 0.4%-0.8%,surfactant 3.0%-5.0%,water-cement ratio 9.5-12.5.Multi-factor composite interaction exerts a significant effect on target performance.To be specific,A-D interaction has the greatest impact on Y1,B-D interaction has the most prominent impact on Y2,and Y3 is mainly regulated by the synergistic interaction between C and D.The optimal ratio of materials under multi-objective collaborative optimization is determined to be sodium bentonite-fly ash ratio 5∶1,thickener 4.13%,water retention agent 0.53%,surfactant 4.00%,and water-cement ratio 11.17.This formulation,which achieves an overall desirability value of 0.71,can maximize the comprehensive optimization of material adhesion,water retention,and wettability.The research results hold important application value for promoting the dynamic long-term sealing of borehole fractures.关键词
