环泊酚联合阿芬太尼在宫腔镜手术的麻醉效果及安全性研究
Anesthetic efficacy and safety between ciprofol-alfentanil and propofol-alfentanil combinations in hysteroscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ciprofol and propofol in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods 208 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into a ciprofol group(Group C)and a propofol group(Group P).All patients received intravenous infusion of 10 μg/kg of alfentanil and continuous intravenous infusion of 0.5-2.0 μg/(kg·min)during the operation.Group C:induction dose of ciprofol was 0.4 mg/kg and maintenance dose of 0.6-1.2 mg/(kg·h).Group P:the initial dose of propofol was 2.0 mg/kg,then 3.0～6.0 mg/(kg·h)was pumped continuously.The main outcome index was a success rate of hysteroscopic surgery.The secondary outcome measures included hemodynamic changes,induction and emergence times,physician and patient satisfaction,incidence of adverse events such as respiratory adversity,injection pain and intraoperative body movement,as well as the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions within 24 hours,including nausea and vomiting,pruritus,dizziness,headache,limb soreness and weakness.Results The success rate of hysteroscopic surgery in both groups was 100%.Compared with Group P,the incidence of hypotension and injection pain was lower and patient satisfaction higher in Group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other indexes.No serious adverse event occurred in any of the patients.Conclusion Ciprofol demonstrates sedative efficacy equivalent to propofol in hysteroscopic surgery,while offering superior hemodynamic stability and a lower incidence of injection pain.The ciprofol-alfentanil combination is safe and effective,enhances patient comfort,and represents an ideal option for this procedure.关键词
